Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it because the package is already in transit. If you no longer need the item after shipment, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
Order Changes
We are happy to help you update your order information before it has been shipped, including:
- Shipping address
- Size or product selection (subject to availability)
There is no fee for making changes before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes because the package has already entered the shipping process.
